		<description><![CDATA[One more awful stereotype in that Dickey, the illegitimate child, is crippled, obviously so that Effie will always see the results of her indiscretion, no matter how hard she repents.  Yecch!

Also, it doesn&#039;t say if the garden was a vegetable or flower garden, but none of the farms I&#039;ve ever been on would ever let weeds take over a garden or ditchbank if they could help it.  No wonder the Bower&#039;s farm is going broke.  They&#039;re  bad farmers.

I am also predicting a farm bankruptcy sale in the near future, unless someone knows how to quickly raise the back interest on the mortgage....]]></description>
