U&I pure sugar probably is more healthful than the fake, no-calorie, chemical stuff that gets all the hype today. Although I’m not so sure about the need for sugar in my canned vegetables.
Sugar. Right before bed. That’s the quickest way to get my kids into the sleepful repose pictured here. (Maybe it doesn’t work at my house because I’m missing the magic Count Chocula doll…)
