I have to admit empathizing with Randolph as I remembered my dislike for my piano teacher’s small quirks. Unfortunately, those quirks and Clair d’Lune are about all I remember of those lessons.

There’s probably hundreds and thousands of little boys and girls right who are trying to sort out just this kind of thing. Right there at that cross-roads between seeing only yourself and then suddenly discovering there are others suffering too.
