I heard that old story about the foreign tourist at Niagara Falls on the first day of Prof. Jo Desha Lucas&#039;s Civil Procedure class in my first year of law school.  He used it to start a discussion about jurisdiction--but it also started us talking about how old and tired his sense of humor was.]]></description>
