Bro. Brown was president of the British Mission from 1937 to 1940, according to Grampa Bill and Wikipedia--so it&#039;s gotta be true.  You know, by the mouth of two or three witnesses etc. etc.

And, as Researcher says, it sounds like him.]]></description>
