Hey, i was wondering.. Are the bone marrow organisations of the US working actually together with the ones in Canada and Europe, Asia etc?
I am asking because i am actually listed in the German Main Association for bone marrow donors and i always was watching extreme makeover.
So after seeing this episode again, and now wonderin that he still hasnt found a donor i was wondering if it is a country search or a global one.

Unfortunately they still have not found a match and we are still really hoping people register. He is doing very well though. And is possibly the happiest little boy I know!

This episode really touched me. I registered at Be The Match that night. I received my swabs in the mail and sent them in. On April 25th I received an email stating I was a possible match for someone. Although I still haven’t heard anything more, and was told only 1 in 12 that get this letter actually go on to donate, I am still excited and so thankful that this brave, cute, little boy encouraged me to register. He may have just saved a woman’s life.

It’s a very small home, jks, it seemed to me, although certainly adequate. The second home built on the lot was a studio apartment-like house specifically intended as a rental property to provide some income to the family.

The lot was donated by Daybreak, and the materials and furnishings were all donated. I’m not certain but think I’ve read in connection with earlier episodes of this show that some cash is also (usually? always? sometimes?) part of the gift to help with taxes and upkeep. I don’t really know, though.

So adorible i would marry him im only 11. I just watched his extreme home makover it was great. Good job Ty u did great anyone is lucky to have something like that happen to them. I would love that i love soccer too. Ive been playing for 7 years. Love u jonah good luck

I watched this tonight and it was really fun. I was impressed with Jonah’s mother and her gratitude journal and her humility in accepting everything that had been done for her.
