Regarding ward boundaries, &lt;blockquote&gt;the application of this rule should not be made so rigid that it will result in members becoming inactive. The aim should be to keep everyone happy and contented.&lt;/blockquote&gt;

I know personally of several individuals who would participate much more in Church if leaders still followed this philosophy.]]></description>
