		<description><![CDATA[Interesting with the explosion of &quot;Mormon&quot; art in the last two decades, that the painting have been almost exclusively of the New Testament and Church History.  I wonder if a Greg Olsen or a Walter Rane or Liz Lemon Swindle, etc. will ever tackle some of these Old Testament themes.  Then again, it&#039;s hard to compete with Michalangelo...

As Orson Whitney and S.W. Kimball have said, we&#039;ll yet have our Miltons and Shakespeares, and I assume that extends into art, as well.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Some of these -- like Anne&#039;s Turner -- must be spectacular in color. Even in the black-and-white forms familiar to our grandparents, some of them are amazing.

Hunter, so far I have embedded 231 images into the 50 chapters of Genesis, and I keep finding more. There won&#039;t be so many iconic moments in many of the following books, but the number of artists who have taken on the Bible is legion.]]></description>
