This is another of my favorites. Unlike a few others in the collection, it sounds very much like a Christmas carol. (But is it the song or the stops you use, Phantom?)

Thanks for mentioning FHE yesterday, Hunter. With that in mind, I printed out two songs from the collection and we sang them last night for FHE instead of the songs for next Sunday's sacrament meeting services, like we usually use.

We all enjoyed the pieces: "The First Christmas Night" (Renstrom) which I chose since the kids are used to the sound of her music (Once There Was a Snowman, etc.) and "In the Star-Light" (Woolsey/Sauer) since "Springtime in the Rockies" is a favorite of my husband. I also chose them since they're easier and more tuneful than some of the other selections.

I know this comment is already long enough, but I've been wondering if at some point Phantom would be willing to comment on some of the technical aspects of making the recordings.

Thanks, once again, Ardis and Phantom. (And Hunter!)

I liked this song a lot. It sort of grows naturally to a peak at the end, and it seems very singable.

This is another winner. Thanks, Ardis and Phantom.
