That won’t be easy; the only copies I know of are in libraries, and of course not for sale.

You might want to contact the Mormon rare/used book dealers (google Benchmark, and Sam Weller’s Zion Bookstore, and Ken Sanders — all in the Salt Lake City-area) for starters, and have them put this issue on their “want” lists. It might take a long time, but when they came across a copy they would contact you. It shouldn’t be a very expensive item, just difficult to locate.
